Swim
  • 10m 27s
  • 547 yards
  • 01m 55s / 100 yards
Comments:

My navigation was great this time, I stayed close to the bouys and drafted very well down the back stretch then passed the guy with 100 to go.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing on this one.
Transition 1
  • 01m 30s
Comments:

Had a good tranisition. things seemed a little slow but there was a long runout from the water, and I took a bit of time to get the sand off my feet. Overall it was very competitive.
Bike
  • 53m 34s
  • 19 miles
  • 21.28 mile/hr
Comments:

It was a straight and fast course. 4 u turns but the road was wide very easy turns to make.
What would you do differently?:

I would push a little more to try and get and avg of 22 mph.

This was a PR on Avg speed for me.
Transition 2
  • 00m 34s
Comments:

My fastest Transition ever!!!
What would you do differently?:

I want to do this every time.
Overall all rating should be GREAT
Run
  • 22m 9s
  • 3.1 miles
  • 07m 09s  min/mile
Comments:

My pace was very consistant. It took about 3/4 of a mile to get my heart rate down but i was not going to let up and let someone catch me.

This was a PR 5k for me.
What would you do differently?:

Push the pace a little more try to get under 7 min miles.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked, around with some active stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I am not sure it was a fast race for me.

Event comments:

The race was will run, and the course was marked well. I thought the volunteer level was a little low but the ones they had were Great.
