Comments: Swim went pretty well. At first glance,it seemed like a long distance, but once in the throws of it, it went pretty fast. My pace was better than I expected. Transition 1
Comments: Was pretty winded coming out of the water. Once I walked it off a little, I was able to pick up the pace. I think I had things organized well Bike
Comments: Dropped my water bottle coming out of T1 and didn't have any water with me. Luckily the bike was only an hour so I didn't care as much. There are definitely stronger bikers than me on the course. I would like to improve on this. What would you do differently?: Focus more on the bike portion during training. Transition 2
Comments: T2 went really smooth. Decided to run with the water bottle since I didn't have any water with me during the bike. Run
Comments: Need to work on speed. Didn't push myself super hard, mostly because I was worried about cramping. And of course, I was worried about cramping because I didn't have any water during the bike. What would you do differently?: Not dropped any water bottles during the bike leg. Post race

4am wakeup, went down stairs, drank some water and an FRS energy drink. Also ate 2 eggs and a piece of toast with peanut butter. Took a dump, got dressed, out the door by 5am
Didn't really do much warmup. I spent most of my time prepping my area and just preparing myself. Did some light stretching. Was excited to get started.
