Comments: Started in front this time. tried to keep up with lead guys and not drop out of top 5. Was in 5th most of the first run. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Just right ![]() Transition 1

Comments: Don't know if I would have worked as hard without the guy I was flip flopping with for 3rd position. What would you do differently?: Ride more leading up to the race. I posted a great time but still think I could have done better. ![]() Transition 2

Warm down: walking around eating and drinking. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of natural ability and history of athletics Event comments: moving from 45th last year to 3 this feels really good. had my blender drink, wnt up early to get set up. 3 cups of coffee
ran a hil 4 times at a good clip. Leg swings, stretches, etc.
