Moving the start time 1 hour earlier made a big difference on the run. It was hot but not the usuall roasting hot.

The second swim was my cooldown judging by my swim time:)

Event comments:

Considering that I have not run at all since April and my training volume is way less than it was last year, I was very happy with the results. My overall time difference was 2 seconds slower this year than last, go figure. I'm sure there is some message in there about training less, just not sure what.
