I wrote a good race report, but the save failed and I lost it. I don't have time to re-write everything, but the short version is:
I'm happy with the race and my result, but if I'm going to be in contention, I have to be faster on the bike. I gave up 3-5 minutes on most of the top-10 and was only 1:46 out of 2nd place.

Great local race with great giveaways and post race food.
Just need to work on making the bike a bit safer (too narrow/crowded/bad pavement).
