Got caught in the curerent and had to swim extra to get back to the bouy. Rest of the swim was good. Didnt swim further than supposed to on the second leg. Still get freaked out when I nearly get kicked in the face..

Wear mouth protector.. :)

Got handed my ass on a platter on one of the hills. Heart rate hit 166. Had to stop. Rest of the ride was very good.

Pacing through the Expo.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still working on bodyweight issues. Weak at climbing hills. Need to improve sighting while swimming.

Event comments:

This was a good fun race. Very organized and great volunteers. Nice to get the encouragement when you are feeling low during the race.
