the course was about 28.7 miles according to my odometer. as bad as i felt last week, I didn't need any extra time on the bike but got it anyway.

I was sick for three days up to the race.

Event comments:

Greg always manages to pull it off. The late change in the run course made things a little dicey. South Shore Harbor was a nice change of venue, though transition was a bit tight.
