Comments: Very crowded and had to work around people. This did cause me to be less comfortable and unable to get into a good rhythm. What would you do differently?: Not much. Had to pass many people in a small area. Transition 1
Comments: Left it in a the highest gear! Stupid mistake. What would you do differently?: Remember to leave in low gear. Bike
Comments: I'm not strong at taking turns. I always have to slow down way too much. Other than that I had a bit of a tough time getting up the hills, but I did go somewhat quick for me. The one leg I really need to improve. Of course the most important leg. What would you do differently?: Not sure really. Higher cadence on hills maybe? Transition 2
Comments: Good transition here. What would you do differently?: Jump off bike a bit better. Run
Comments: Felt really good, but def tightness in my legs. Especially my shins and front of my legs. Def a muscle. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Maybe kick harder! Post race
