Very crowded and had to work around people. This did cause me to be less comfortable and unable to get into a good rhythm.

Not much. Had to pass many people in a small area.

I'm not strong at taking turns. I always have to slow down way too much. Other than that I had a bit of a tough time getting up the hills, but I did go somewhat quick for me. The one leg I really need to improve. Of course the most important leg.

Not sure really. Higher cadence on hills maybe?

Felt really good, but def tightness in my legs. Especially my shins and front of my legs. Def a muscle.

Nothing. Maybe kick harder!

The crowdedness in swim and my bike leg.
