Good swim, I stayed more midline than usual. I usually get near the cliff and cant usually find the deeper current water. Course was more narrow this year to prevent the DEEP current.
What would you do differently?:

Just swim faster-skinsuit next year?

Wanted to break 2 this year. There should be a selection of found bike quickly-cause I didnt!!!

Ive like this race in the past-it kind of made me a race snob for other races. However, seems ilke they mailed this year in. Argumenative volunteers, weak swag, just felt second hand.
Not sure if Ill be back for #4.

Course: No change. Be careful of the BERM/LANE concrete in the middle of the road on the way out of transisiton up the first hill-saw 2 wrecks heard about 3 others. Hot interstate-NO SHADE. Turnaround with portajohns. Great ride. 2 hills. Watch bumps so you don't lose hydration.

Course: road run to 2 flights of stairs to a golf cart path thats out and back with a neighborhood thrown in. Stiars on the way out/in-monster hill on the way in. Once you clear the hill its down the stairs and a downhill finish. HOT HOT HOT-take the sprinklers and iced towels.
