Good start, the buoy turns were chaos. Almost had to come to a complete stop before getting going again.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe take a more passive approach to not get caught up in the chaos at the buoys.

Felt really good all week with training, especially with the run and it continued today. I had my fastest run of this series the very first race with a 21:27. So, I was very pleased with today's 21:08.
