Pre-race routine:

Got a good might sleep the night before the night before... Had to wake up early for this one 4:15 A.M. 7 A.M start time. Drove to MNRunnergirl's house and had to wake her up too!

I wasn't too worried about my placement. I could've done T1 much faster.
What would you do differently?:

Just move faster, learn to ride without socks. Definitely took most of my time putting socks on.
