Good for me ! 4 minutes quicker than at Escape the Cape, stayed with the freestyle longer, did a good job surfing the waves in for the finish

New bike(Trek 1.5) rocked !!
got stuck around an SUV for a while and had to deal with that, but really pushed the hills and made up a lot of places on the bike.
What would you do differently?:

move to clipless pedals (do the shoes on the bike thing in T1), learn to jump on/off bike

can't figure out the drinking while running thing, so I dumped the water I took on my head

couldn't get really moving, run was tough, I suffered through it

learn how to drink and run, it was hot out there

heavy legs in the run
