Water was nice, lots of jellyfish, but no big deal. Got stung several times but not too bad. Gave me something to think about rather than my lack of oxygen. Lots of people. Never really got in the clear but found a pretty good rhythm. Was a little disappointed with my time.

Wind was pretty bad going out just like last year, but didn't feel much pickup coming back in. Just felt the cross component it seems like. Pretty slow pace for me.

Cramps again. Couldn't get left shoe on. Then couldn't walk. At least 1 extra minute spent trying to get moving here.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe I should sit down to put on shoes? I really have no idea. Maybe I could walk some to my bike rack. It is a long way so maybe the running with the bike is causing me a problem. I am always in the far corner.

Slow start due to cramps in T2, but each mile got faster and I was happy with end result. Still need to improve running as it is still always my lowest ranked event.
