felt like I was swimming well, but stood up and my time was 10:30 which is slow for me, I just swam a 500 in the pool thursday at 7:21. I need to figure out what has happen to my OWS.
What would you do differently?:

not sure do some OWS and figure out what I'm doing different

good bike, could have shaved another minute if I knew the course and stayed on the road. Many beginners in this race and they were drifting to the middle of the lane. Yelled on your left they didn't move I tried to pass on the left hit a chuck hole which knocked me off my aero bars caused me to veer right and off the road. I was in the grass got hit by a tree branch and stayed on the bike somehow all at 28mph. I was able to get back on road, but slowed and shaken quite a bit. I really thought I was going down.
What would you do differently?:

Seat myself higher in the swim so all these non-bikers are not in front of me

ran steady first mile has a hill and I ran 7:22 every mile after that was faster and last mile was sub 7. It was hot so I think the next time I do this race my time will be faster

Good sprint, put on very well, enjoyed the course. I will be back in August to better my time.
