Should have worn the wetsuit, but decided not to. Cost me big time, couldn't get warm and never got in synch with the freestyle. Had to swim on my back most of the way because my limbs were so cold.
What would you do differently?:

Wear the wetsuit!

Not wear the gps watch, took too long to set up. May need gps for bike.
