Took my time on the downhills and corners. Was able to power up most of the climbs and was surprised by the amount of people I was passing on the climbs. Cleat popped out a few times, so time for some new ones.
What would you do differently?:

Some longer training rides. I don't think I ever rode more than 35 miles and definitely felt like I slowed down between miles 35 and 40.

There were a lot more hills than they described in the race material. Knee started bothering me before I left the high school property, knew it was going to be a long run. Had to walk a bunch because of knee.
What would you do differently?:

Survey the course.

Warm down:

Got a message, since the bags with my money didn't make it to the finish, therefore had no money for beer.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Knee pain.

Event comments:

the volunteers and people at the ride into T2 and finish were awesome. Logistics were tough. Needed to better prepare for traffic in the morning at the high school. Not having the gear bags at the finish was terrible.
