Comments:

I had trouble getting loose at the beginning of the race. I felt strong overall, and felt like I got stronger as the race went on. I paced myself too much the first two miles of the race fearing that I would run out of energy later in the race. In reality I just felt like I left something on the table when I finished thr race feeling fresh and energetic.
What would you do differently?:

I probably need to do some more warmup stuff to help me get off to a stronger and looser start. I also need to be more agressive out of the gate and not fear blowing up later in the race.
Post race
Warm down:

lots of walking around and eating fruit.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

pacing and tightness.

Event comments:

Fun race that was well organized. I will certainly do it again enxt year.
