Comments: The warm up helped to get started and feel better during the swim. What would you do differently?: Pick better targets for sighting as well as get more practice in sigting. Also utilize the dolphin technique to get in and out of the water. Transition 1

What would you do differently?: Can go faster jumping of the bike and running with it. Need to get yanks or a better sysmem for my shoes. Again, need to get a better transition position Run
Comments: Pretty bad cramping about 3/4 mile into the run. What would you do differently?: Eat a little sooner before the race and work harder on stomach/core exercises. Also be careful about how much water. Post race

Had a PB and honey sandwich 3 hours prior and a 6" sub from subway 2 hours prior with an energy gel 30 minutes prior. Showed up to race 30 minutes early. Checked in and set up transition. Then went to warm up.
Light jog then only had time for small swim warm up. Did not get to a bike warm up.
