Comments: First race it was a mess. I survived it which is the important part but I never got into a rythm which really hurt my time. When I got out I felt good but my time was awful. What would you do differently?: Start more towards the back and work on being more focused. Need to look into a wetsuit. Transition 1
Comments: Had trouble getting the socks on need to look into a better way to do that because I don't want to race without them. What would you do differently?: Dry off better Bike
Comments: Probably should have pushed a little harder would have been 4 in my ag with less than a minute faster. What would you do differently?: Need to work on keeping a higher speed cadence was good though. With such a flat course those who were aero really seemed to have an advantage. Transition 2

Comments: Did not go out fast enough got relaxed wasn't focusing on I was in a race. What would you do differently?: up my pedaling into t2 to avoid stiffness in calfs Post race
