Got up 45min before leaving. Ate some oatmeal with peanut butter. Then walked down to the event.

Was a nice swim, always leary bout going too hard on the swim and leaving nothing for bike/run.
What would you do differently?:

I would have push a bit harder and probably wore wetsuit.

When I got to T2, I found out I brought two different shoes. One shoe from a retired shoe and the other one my current running shoe. Just glad I brought a LH & RH and not two LH or two RH!!

Hot RUN! Water was missing on one water stop. Mentally the heat got to me. I walked more than I wanted to.
Post race
Warm down:

Little scary. After crossing finish line, my breath got really short. I felt like I had only one lung. I started to walk toward ambulance but was able to control it better. Felt awesome on course, not sure if was heat/humidity or what. Took a good hour before I felt normal. I don' think I pushed too hard, I felt intensity was perfect!
