Comments: Good ride, legs felt good and didn't push it too hard as I new I still had to run and I had not been practicing running and biking after each other. ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Lost my bike as I was running with it. Oops, couple extra scratches to remember the race by. What would you do differently?: Don't drop the bike. ![]() Run
Comments: Run was really hard. Diaphram and back muscles all cramped up and it hurt to take a breath. Actually thought I was running more of a 6 min/km so was surprised to find out I wasn't. The run was tough (cause I hadn't been doing too much running, course was flat and easy though), wasn't ready for it. What would you do differently?: Next time put the socks on, think I'll be wearing sandles for the next couple of days. ![]() Post race
