Train swam laps only twice since lasts years race. So more time in the pool will help

Train more. Like last year this is were my lack of training and 250 pounds came to hammer me.

another great race put on by cgi. Great crowd and great competitors. Only snafu for me was I noticed about two miles into the run that the timing strip and foam pad had fallen off from the orange clip so no official time for me. Looking at the results they don't have me listed at all so I guess it happened during the swim. Oh well.
