Average swim, a bit faster than I expected. messed up my navigation a little bit so I added a little to my race but overall did what i was hoping.
What would you do differently?:

get better at sighting and not get so antsy and constantly looking at my watch. Oh, and don't drink the river water.

I am slowly getting more comfortable on the bike and it is shaping up to be my favorite event. I feel I could have achieved my goal of a sub 1:10 if I did not mess up my nutrition and eat a gel right out of the gate.
What would you do differently?:

Stay more aero, and train harder. Overall I was very happy with my time.

Myself. It was a well run race with only my own mental missteps to slow me down.

Will definitely do this race again, was a lot of fun.
