wake up at 5am, stretch, shower, protein shake. Sip Gatorade/ water/ salt mix to the event.

started off slooow. Was passed by many. My run fitness is just starting to come back as I train for the LA 1/2 marathon.
What would you do differently?:

Better run fitness so I could get up to speed quicker

drank a bottle of water, rest of my Infinit. In N Out on the way home, then a massage

better run fitness

Just a real nice, relaxing local sprint tri. I saw it as a $65 hard training day.
