Comments: Nice swim out and back - no weeds, thank you! Went to the outside (50 ft) and just swam my style and speed once the lane was clear. Drifted slowly inside at the end of outbound leg. Good swim - very happy! What would you do differently?: not much, lost earplugs (bummer) probably would have been faster using a wetsuit (which I don't have right now) Transition 1

Comments: Faster than I expected to be but not really comfortable on bike. Might have been a bad idea to change position (aerobars etc) 1 week before race. Back started hurting mid-race. Nutrition upset tummy a bit What would you do differently?: Train more on Tri-Bike, loose the Gatorade (doesn't sit very well with me) - switch to Gels and Jelly-Beans. Drink more water. Transition 2
