Tough swim, second wave and got pased by people in 3rd and 4th.
Had difficulty with goggles had to re-adjest 3 x

More bi-lateral breathing. Could not sight well

Tough run (1/4 mile)over trails. feet got beat up on the asphalt.
Made sure feet were dry. Powder helped. quick hydration after swim, bring powerade nextt ime.

Very flat course.
Got inspired by two women to finish strong. kept motivating each otehr to the finish.

I love this venue, the course is well marked and well staffed.
My wife said Greg had them working like a well oiled machine changing things over.
