Pre-race routine:

Woke up 2 1/2 hours before race. Drank lots of fluids, all water. Cherrios and Bananna. Got to course early and set up my transition area.
Event warmup:

Rode the bike around, got all set up. Suited up and did about 100 yds.

I was incredibly impressed with my run! Can't believe it. Zero knee pain. My last mile was 6:56, can't believe it!
What would you do differently?:

Probably upgrade and get the pedometer to measure cadence.

Warm down:

Walked around, drank my recovery drink.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I feel I performed almost max. I did miss one turn, but I recovered quickly.

Event comments:

The after race party was uneventful, also the food spread was well below par.
