Push a little harder, I kept holding back to have a good run. Mainly a correction from my last Tri where I went out too fast on the bike.

First Tri with the Jelly legs feeling. toes were numb. Everything started feeling great after mile 2.

I would do more brick workouts to get use to the feeling.
