Comments: FIRST TRIATHLON EVER, TERRIBLE SWIM, COULDN'T GET ANY RHYTHM WITH OTHER SWIMMERS GOING AROUND/OVER/ONTOP OF ME. THAT SAID, MY BEST SWIM TIME IN A POOL WASN'T A WHOLE LOT BETTER--NEED TO WORK ON MY FORM!!! What would you do differently?: --NEED TO WORK ON MY FORM!!! Comments: TOOK A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO PUT ON RACING SOCKS, BUT I LIKE THEM :) FORGOT MY NUMBER/BELT SO WENT BACK TO GET IT, KILLING T1; TURNS OUT I DIDN'T NEED IT UNTIL THE RUN What would you do differently?: NOT SPAZ OUT OVER THE NUMBER. OTHERWISE WENT FINE Bike
Comments: FELT GOOD TO LET GO AFTER AWFUL SWIM. DRANK 12 OUNCES NEAR END OF BIKE AS PREP FOR RUN AS PLANNED. HELPED TO HAVE A GREAT RACING BIKE (TREK MADONNE 5.2 SL)! What would you do differently?: MAYBE TRAIN/PUSH A LITTLE HARDER TO UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE CAN DO THIS WITH AN AVE PACE OF ~25 MPH!? Transition 2

Comments: VERY VERY HOT. RACE DID A GOOD JOB OF PROVIDING WATER. PUSHED AS BEST AS POSSIBLE, BUT SOME PEOPLE WERE CRUISING BY! DIDN'T GO AS FAST AS I HAD HOPED (~8MIN/MILES) What would you do differently?: TRAIN FASTER, AS MY BAD KNEES TOLERATE :) Post race
