Got up really early, picked up a friend and drove 1 hour 15 minutes to race. Same pre race banana and G1.

I am able to take my feet out of my shoes, but not comfortable enough to do it yet. I am not sure how some people are so fast in T2!

Felt good. I am starting to feel more like a runner every race and not dreading it.

Warm down:

Watched some others finish and walked around. Packed up pretty quickly to get home.

Event comments:

I think to distances were off. We know the swim was short, but I think the bike was about a mile short as well. I have never averaged over 21 mph and I think 24 is not accurate.
