Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4:30, protein shake, shower, cytomax, doughnuts. Drove to race venue, 5 minute walk to transition, warmed up in river for 5 minutes before start.

Comments:

Great swim for me, given past issues, not much warm up, non beach start, etc I was very happy with swim. Water was very shallow in places, but worked out ok.
What would you do differently?:

Warm up more if possible, start off a little more aggressive.

Disappointing bike considering training and endurance level. I've been biking consistently for last couple years so should have done better. Course was harder than expected, but I've done same distance and difficulty in much better time before.
What would you do differently?:

Push harder throughout. I was dead by the run anyway, so push as hard as possible on bike to make up time I will lose on run. Not sure why I kept slowing down in 2nd lap, but could have pushed more.

Had another as planned transition. Based on my fitness level and length of race I planned to be in the 7-10 time range for both transitions.
What would you do differently?:

Probably should have drank less, as I forced myself to drink protein and cytomax, then felt bloated.

Comments:

Run was brutal. Both achilles were burting, felt like I was going to thow up, shit myself or collapse. Good recovery after mile 3 (warmed up, used port a potty) and was able to run everything except up hill. Course was difficult
What would you do differently?:

Drink/eat less (don't feel bloated), poop the night before or morning of so I don't have to go on the course, better training (injuring achilles in training really messed up my run endurance) and more brick workouts.
Post race
Warm down:

light walking, massage.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Over hydrating, achilles injury during training, under estimating course, not enough brick workouts.

Event comments:

1st Ironman, but over 25 bike races, tri's, run races, etc and this race was great! Will probably do again next year.
