legs were very heavy when got off bike, especially calves so couldn't get up to any speed, also was breathing pretty heavy for first mile, kept it easy to avoid cramping in calves

practice more transition from bike to run, take it easier on the bike

What limited your ability to perform faster:

transition time, heavy legs after getting off the bike, drafting and navigation on the swim, overall performance was better than I expected, especially bike time
