Not much. I was a little wide at the first turn, so I could work on that, but that's about it.

Could have pushed a little more early on I think. And the mile 3 marker was a little early, but it was a nice course and nice race! Maybe my fastest 5K in a tri ever!

I stretched about 2 hours after the race really well while waiting for Sarah and Henry to get back from Perkins.

Nice race! I'd do this again. Everything was well-run, and the course was nice!
