Comments: Not a bad run, finished under my goal time which I was really happy about, had a mental melt down towards the end but with the help of my friends pushed through it. What would you do differently?: Not much, felt good, still need to work on my mental abilities when it comes to running. :) Post race
Warm down: Walked around a bit, had some water. What limited your ability to perform faster: My mental facilities. Could have pushed harder and need to work on that. Event comments: Only had one water station and it was after the 5 mile mark (I think) and that was it, could of used a few more, however for a first race and changing the time without really notifing everyone, not bad, I would do it again. Not much of one, however I did eat 2 pop tarts approximately 1.45 hours before race time, also had a little water.
