Comments: My legs were BRICKS.. I couldn't get going at all. I didn't know how to fix this except to run more hills after the bike. What would you do differently?: see above Post race
Warm down: Walked around ALOT, drank fluids What limited your ability to perform faster: Panic, need more training Event comments: This was my first so I have nothing to compare it too.
