No sleep, I had to work last night. Ate 3 whole wheat Blueberry Waffles, FRS.

None, they would not let us in the water to swim, only to wet our wetsuits.

Event comments:

This was a very fun local race. They had a ton of food to eat after the race and if it hadn't been for the weather I think more people would have stayed longer. A variety of sandwiches, pastas, drinks with live music made the event a very nice opener to the season. I would definetely do this race again.
