Long run from pool to outside parking lot where transition was. I had a bit of trouble with my helmet straps but was able to figure it out.

Later start than expected, not eating soon enough before race start, hot weather

Event comments:

A little disorganized and hectic at times, but I'd still do it again. I thought I'd be starting at or around 8 am so I ate at 5 as usual. Turnes out that the relays started at 8 and I didn't start till almost 9:30! I learned that I should have a gu or something to eat in my bag for instances like this....could have used the extra energy!
