Comments: under trained but finished right at personal goal time. What would you do differently?: more distance training. Heal up injuries way before race Post race
Warm down: neeeded to pull off compression socks to stop legs and feet from cramping. after rest walked 2 miles on trail back to parking lot. What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of distance training. Event comments: The race was very well organized and the volunteers were enthusiastic and great.
