Rode from house to transition area 2.78 miles it was fairly cold 48 degrees layed clothes sweatshirt sweat pants hat gloves. Was sweating after ride. set up transition area checked out run in/out bike in/out locations. chit chat with lots of Hanover YMCA people

set good pace faster than planned. Latched on to runner just ahead looked about my age.
What would you do differently?:

probably could have warmed up better then run a little faster. next year I want to drive all of the course the day before.
