Pre-race routine:

Race started at 5:30 pm so getting there was pretty easy. There were so many people in this race that just getting to the start line was an adventure.

Nothing....just tried to get to the damn corral.

My purpose in this race was to pace Ashley to a 1:45...

She had been sick the whole week leading up to the race. Not really much to report here. Se held a good pace going out but faded slightly towards the end. She wound up with a 1:47 and considering she was sick, this was pretty good.

Ran back to car as it was now freezing....

Way too many people. They have some logistical issues to figure out.
