This is my first tri and first real open water swim. I was a little nervous at first but then just started to swim. sighting was OK. Happy with my results
What would you do differently?:

Practice open water swim. Much different than a pool

First tri....a long up a hill. I dropped my wet suit and put on bike shorts shirt socks and bike shoes

Was a little dizzy from the swim at first. First big hill before the turn around was steep dropped down to 6 mph. Coming down though while peddling i hit 34 mph. rest of course was not bad. 2 loops

Train more hills

I was tired by now. ran out of t2. ran slowly for first 3/4 mile then walked a little. traded off walking and running the rest.

Run more and run more bricks

This was my first but not my last race. I did enjoy it. it showed me what i need to do more of for training. This is a great first time race
