Big power numbers. NP 192, no short term Cp, one Cp at 1 hour which I think was really good race management.
What would you do differently?:

Try to push a little more, shoot for 205 or 210 Np. I went out too hard, backed off, then leveled off, should have brought it up from slow to fast.

walk jog after about mile 2.3. I didn't have the will to suffer. My hr was jumping up to 172 and I just couldn't get myself to feel normal. I think I popped on the bike, and couldn't get it back

tsb +22.1 way too high!!, ctl 49.6 (sliding from 55), legs kept coming back to me during the bike. They were definitely fresh.
