What would you do differently?: Did well in swim, wet suit helped, started outside to avoid congestion, once rounded first buoy water was clear. Transition 1
Comments: Still having trouble getting out of wet suit when tired. There was 150 yard slight uphill run from end of swim to transition area. Should use glide to help get wet suit off. Had to put on biking shoes, then run with bike to bike out. Couldn't get clipped in on my left foot right away. What would you do differently?: Use glide, possibly invest in triathlon biking shoes. What would you do differently?: Need to get to over 20 mph average. Transition 2
Comments: very tired after bike, had difficulty getting running shoes on and tied. T2 was wayyyy too long. What would you do differently?: loosen laces more, vaseline on back of running shoes Run
Comments: Need to get run to under 9 min per mile average. Run was OK, partly trail run. What would you do differently?: Just need to get in better shape. Post race
