some light stretching, very light jogging, light swim
Swim
  • 12m 43s
  • 500 yards
  • 02m 32s / 100 yards
What would you do differently?:

Did well in swim, wet suit helped, started outside to avoid congestion, once rounded first buoy water was clear.
Transition 1
  • 02m 23s
Comments:

Still having trouble getting out of wet suit when tired. There was 150 yard slight uphill run from end of swim to transition area. Should use glide to help get wet suit off. Had to put on biking shoes, then run with bike to bike out. Couldn't get clipped in on my left foot right away.
What would you do differently?:

Use glide, possibly invest in triathlon biking shoes.
Bike
  • 52m 59s
  • 16.6 miles
  • 18.80 mile/hr
What would you do differently?:

Need to get to over 20 mph average.
Transition 2
  • 02m 1s
Comments:

very tired after bike, had difficulty getting running shoes on and tied. T2 was wayyyy too long.
What would you do differently?:

loosen laces more, vaseline on back of running shoes
Run
  • 36m 46s
  • 3.75 miles
  • 09m 48s  min/mile
Comments:

Need to get run to under 9 min per mile average. Run was OK, partly trail run.
What would you do differently?:

Just need to get in better shape.
Post race
Warm down:

not much

What limited your ability to perform faster:

don't know, better shape
