Comments: Felt good for first 8 miles, slowed way down between 9 and 12, last mile felt LONG, but I felt I finished strong. What would you do differently?: Train more, especially later in the day, in warmer weather. Post race
Warm down: Walk, stretch, gatorade, water What limited your ability to perform faster: 20 lbs overweight! Event comments: This was a great race! I really enjoyed it! There was PLENTY of water, gatorade, bananas, etc. after the race, as well as water, gatorade, and goo during the race. There were rnough bathrooms, the line moved quickly. Great race!
