Comments: Not my best swim. Poor drafting, and the waves messed me up. Then I really got off course coming back and swam way out of my way. It was poorly marked on the return and very difficult to pick out the exit rampl What would you do differently?: Draft more, find somebody to follow to the swim finish Transition 1

Warm down: Hung out. Went back to car, got warm clothes, then headed to the transition area to get my bike, wet suit and other stuff What limited your ability to perform faster: Inexperience. Limited training time. Event comments: Slow start, but the wind was blowing away the swim markers, so not their fault. Great street control. Couldn't sleep, so I got there very early. Went to Starbucks and grabbed Oatmeal and juice. Ate a banana in the car. Had a headache from not enough sleep the last few days
