Pre-race routine:

Ate very little, should have taken in more calories. I only had a small serving of granola and a banana. Not a good choice.
Event warmup:

Very fun race! would suggest to anyone looking to have a fun race day on a really fun course.
What would you do differently?:

EAT!!! EAT!!!... Man was I stupid for not eating right before the race.

HR stayed faily low. My legs were like bricks for the first half of the race.

Course: Hills in the first part, but nothing major. One short climb dubbed "Bury Hill". It was a bit unexpected to me, and caught me off guard. It was pretty tough for the short climb that it was.
