OK bike, but I really wanted to go faster. My legs just didn't have the oomph I was expecting. may have trained too hard on Thursday, or the lack of sleep due to traveling to the keys like a crazy person.

GREAT RUN. Wasn't expecting it, but had a great run. Found a rhythm that was comfortably hard and stayed with it. Couldn't have been happier!
