Pre-race routine:

Wasn't hungry 2 hrs before, so went back to bed. Powergel 10 mins before start, no water.

Zoot ultra shorts, underarmor shirt, green PHM tech then the race t-shirt over top. Zoot zoonie shoes, no socks.


Event warmup:

Jog from train station parking lot to the mall, potty then some sprints before waiting 5-10 mins in the start line.

Kept steady around 3:45 to 3:50 as per McMillan based on a 1:30 HM. Coming off IM training, no speedwork but the PRs keep coming.
