Comments:

Didn't feel too great, ever. Felt hard at beginning, OK in the middle, and hard near the end. The last mile was pretty good, actually. I am very pleased with the results, but the race felt more difficult than I expected. But still much easier than last year!
What would you do differently?:

May have benefited from more endurance training. My longest run was just 12 miles. Only 2 runs over 10 miles in last 3 months.
Also may have benefited from more rest race week. I did some moderate effort cycling on Wednesday and swimming on Thursday before race. And my legs didn't feel all that fresh on race day.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Muscular endurance and pure endurance. I had the speed and aerobic capacity.

I'd like to do this race every year. It's great.
