Comments: Didn't feel too great, ever. Felt hard at beginning, OK in the middle, and hard near the end. The last mile was pretty good, actually. I am very pleased with the results, but the race felt more difficult than I expected. But still much easier than last year! What would you do differently?: May have benefited from more endurance training. My longest run was just 12 miles. Only 2 runs over 10 miles in last 3 months. Also may have benefited from more rest race week. I did some moderate effort cycling on Wednesday and swimming on Thursday before race. And my legs didn't feel all that fresh on race day. Post race
