Set up transition and went out for a brief jog (to trigger one last trip to the potty).
Event warmup:

Didn't make it over to the swim start early enough to warm up, so I just floated at the shore line before my wave start to get the suit wet.

With all the wind, I was pleasantly surprised about the lack of waves - the wind was coming from the shore (which means the bike went out into that headwind).

Pretty uneventful - I did put on the race number belt because I couldn't tell if they required it or not (as they didn't have numbers for our helmets or bikes).

I really enjoyed this race again this year. I was a little concerned about the forecast (cold and windy), but I was able to withstand it!
